Loyalist College’s Residence Life Office at the Belleville campus offers accommodations for up to 475 students in suite style residences and 104 upper-year students in townhouse style residences. Residence allocation operates on a first-come, first-served basis. Suite style accommodations includes 6 private bathrooms, 2 shared washrooms, a shared kitchen and common living space. All rooms in residence come furnished and include internet and local telephone service. Residence rates vary depending on room selection and building choice. Meal plans are optional and can be purchased by any student on campus. Meal plans operate on a declining balance system.

Belleville Transit is comprised of buses. Full-time students at Loyalist College are eligible for discounted monthly passes. Belleville Transit provides rider guides and schedules to help users navigate through Belleville.
Belleville Transit offer 15 coach buses that provide accessible transit with features such as low floors, ramps, and an automated stop system.
Belleville Transit offers Mobility Plus which provides curb-to-curb transit services for persons with disabilities, who due to their disability are unable to use the conventional transit system. Users who require a support person are able to apply for a Mobility Plus Card, which allows Support Persons to travel free of charge. Persons looking to use Mobility Plus must complete the application form.
