La Cité collégiale has a Request for Report available for medical personnel to complete to show proof of a student’s disability. If students do not have appropriate documentation, the staff at the Special Needs Office can help students obtain documentation.

The Medical and Wellness Clinic provides health services to all staff and students at La Cité collégiale. The clinic is staffed by a nurse at all times, with appointments with other health care professionals available at designated times.
La Cité collégiale offers Personal Counselling to all students who are experiencing stressful events in their lives.
La Cité collégiale offers Peer Tutoring in a variety of subjects.
The Peer Support Program is for any students at La Cité collégiale who would like to receive guidance and support from student volunteers.
The library at La Cité offers various resources for students including books, journals, magazines, and audio visual materials. The library also provides services for students such as a reference desk, interlibrary loans, as well as training courses on researching library materials and journal databases.
La Cité Collégiale’s Counselling and Orientation Office provides services such as assistance with developing an academic and career plan, course selection, changing programs, and help to improve academic performance.

La Cité collégiale's Scholarships and Financial Aid offers a range of financial assistance which consists of merit-based scholarships, need-based bursaries, and awards based on academic achievement. La Cité collégiale’s Residence offers accommodation in apartment style residence rooms. Residence units include a private bedroom and a shared washroom and kitchenette between 2 or 3 people. Building amenities include:
All rooms in residence are furnished and include local telephone service and cable television, and internet in all common rooms. Residence rates are set each year for an 8-month stay. Meal plans are optional.
There are residence rooms available for students with reduced mobility.
La Cité collégiale offers an accommodation listing service of Off Campus Housing, where landlords can advertise rental properties available.

OC Transpo is comprised of buses, and a rail system called O-Trains. Students at La Cité collégiale can purchase a discounted pass. Routes and maps are provided for each of the OC Transpo options.
Accessibility
The OC Transpo buses and O-Trains offer accessible transit services including low-floors and next stop announcement system.
The OC Transpo offers the Support Person and Attendants which allows users of the transit system who require a support person to have this person travel with them at no additional cost. Persons interested in the support person and attendants program must fill out the application form.
Para Transpo is a service that provides door-to-door accessible transit for persons who are unable to take conventional transit due to a disability. The OC Transpo has established eligibility guidelines for the use of Para Transpo. Persons seeking to use Para Transpo must submit an application form signed by a health practitioner.
