At Brock University, the Office providing accessibility services for students is called Student Accessibility Services (SAS). SAS provides services and supports to foster an equitable educational experience for students with disabilities. SAS facilitates academic accommodations and provide supports to students with a documented permanent disability or temporary ongoing medical, mentaI health and/or cyclical health condition which is affecting academic functioning. Services and accommodations are determined on an individual basis.

Student Accessibility Services offers two transition program options: Smart Start Partnership and Bridge to Brock. These programs are for all first year students with disabilities, to help familiarize themselves with the services provided at Brock University.
Brock University's Health Services provides medical services to students from a team of health care practitioners through medical appointments and an urgent care walk-in clinic.

At Brock University A-Z Learning Services delivers over 175 free workshops per year on things like study skills, exam prep, and essay writing. They also provide a free Writing and Study Skills Drop-In Centre and a Science Drop-In Centre, as well as fun events like Night Against Procrastination.
At Brock University, the James A. Gibson Library provides students with a wide variety of resources such as catalogues, databases, e-books, and A-Z list of journal. The library also offers specific services for undergraduate students, graduate students, faculty, and visitors. The library also provides accessible formats and materials for persons with disabilities.

Brock University’s Student Accounts & Financial Aid office offers a range of financial assistance which consists of merit-based scholarships, need-based bursaries, and awards based on academic achievement. Brock University’s Residence Office accommodates 2,500 students in 7 different residence buildings featuring traditional, semi-suite and townhouse style buildings. Residence is guaranteed to incoming Year 1 full-time students who are coming from high school or from out of province provided we receive the residence application and application fee no later than the advertised deadlines. We also guarantee residence to students transferring from a post-secondary institution, who meet the certain conditions. Traditional style residence consists of single or double rooms with communal washrooms and mandatory meal plans. Semi-suite style residences consist of single or double rooms with semi-private washrooms and mandatory meal plans. Traditional and semi-suite residences have common lounges and common study rooms.Townhouse style buildings include 3- bedrooms, a shared washroom, communal kitchen and shared living spaces. Meal plans are not mandatory but can be purchased if desired. Amenities for all residences include:
Meal plans are an additional mandatory cost and several different plans are available. Meal plans operate using meal plan and "flex dollars", and any unused dollars at the end of first year will carry over into upper years.
Brock University offers a wide variety of barrier-free rooms and can accommodate special requests if they are noted on the online residence application form when applying. Students who indicate that they require special accommodations will be asked to submit appropriate documentation to the university. Students with mobility issues may have a one on one consultation with the Department of Residences to ensure that all needs are addressed and any modifications required can be completed prior to residence move-in day. The Department of Residences uses March of Dimes for attendant care needs.

St. Catharines Transit Commission is comprised of buses. Full-time students at Brock University receive a bus pass included in their tuition. St. Catharines Transit Commission provides routes and schedule for every transit route they offer. Students are able to access the Brock University transit schedule page which provides Brock University specific transit routes.
St. Catharines Transit Commission offers accessible services with features such as kneeling buses, fold out ramp, automated stop announcement, and wheel chair and scooter positions. Persons who require a support person to travel with them can apply for the Support Person Pass which allows the support person to travel free of charge. Persons interested in the support program must fill out the Support Person Pass Application Form.
The Paratransit provides door-to-door transit service for persons with physical disabilities, who due to their disability are unable to use the conventional transit. More information about Paratransit and the eligibility guidelines and application is available on their website.
