The University of Toronto St. George Campus’ Housing Office offers dormitory, apartment and shared housing style accommodations in co-ed and single gendered floors. Residence is guaranteed for all incoming first year students if they apply by the given deadline. Dormitory style accommodation consists of single and double occupancy rooms with communal washrooms. Apartment style accommodations consist of 4-6 private bedrooms with a shared washroom, shared kitchen and shared living space. All of the buildings include the following amenities:
- Common lounge
- Study spaces
- Access to a front desk
- Maintenance
- Laundry facilities
All traditional and apartment units in residence come furnished and include internet access, local telephone services. Residence rates vary depending on building and room selection. Meal plans are mandatory for most residences and operate on a meal based and flex dining dollar system. Several different styles of meal plan are available.
To receive special accommodations in residence for disabilities or other needs, students must indicate their requests during the residence application process.
Shared housing is affiliated with U of T, but operates on individual policies and is run through partnering services. University Family Housing is also available for students with families.
